The Group's AGM was duly held on 11 July 2007.
Ares of interest for possible future activities were discussed and further suggestions from Group members for speakers and subjects were sought. The election of officers took place, and the positions of the Group were duly filled. Barry Sheerman MP has been re-elected as Chair of the Group, and Dr Vincent Cable MP, Ian Taylor MP, Lord Haskel and Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts were re-elected as Vice Chairs. It was also agreed to approach Baroness Kingsmill to become a Vice-Chair, who subsequently accepted the Group's invitation.
