The Institute's response gives broad support to many of the proposals outlined in the Government's Time to Train consultation.
However, based on the views of 1,423 respondents to a survey on the issue, the Institute also urges Government to consider the impact that some of the proposals will have on employer-employee relationships and small businesses. It calls on the Government to consider making the scheme more flexible for smaller organisations.
