CMI is recruiting a national network of goodwill Ambassadors to further raise the awareness and profile of CMI and the core competencies of management & leadership.
The following sectors will be a recruitment priority during 2010/2011 (Ambassadors from other sectors are still encouraged to apply):

- Health & Care
- Police/Justice
- Utilities & Energy
The Ambassador Programme is:
'a pro-active network of managers and leaders that are united in their enthusiasm for management & leadership as a profession and committed to the values and aims of the Chartered Management Institute'.
The Ambassador role is a position of goodwill and will offer members the opportunity to:
- raise their personal profile through undertaking an Ambassador role that is most suitable to their skills and career development
- full access to all of the CMI online resources whilst working towards CPD and Chartered Manager status
- network with like-minded people across different sectors
- attend exclusive networking events
- access cutting edge research before anyone else
- receive mentoring from our high profile Companions
- all CMI membership benefits including Ask a Researcher, Legal helpline etc
