Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management in Care Services

The Level 4 NVQ Leadership and Management in Care Services (LMCS) is aimed at leaders and managers of social care services who are responsible for the running of care homes and day centres providing services to Adults and Children & Young People. 

The key purpose of this qualification is to develop the skills of managers to lead and manage an excellent, integrated, ethical and inclusive service provision which meets the needs of individuals, safeguards and promotes well being and development of people.
