2021 Winners Outstanding HE Training Provider of the Year
The HE Partner Award recognises outstanding positive impact on student employability, enriched experience and professional development, having implemented and taken full advantage of the benefits of a CMI partnership.

Congratulations to our 2021 HE Partner of the Year
The University of Huddersfield has been chosen as the Award winner for their development of their people managers and their student population, as part of a wider student employability agenda. This institution made the shortlist because they have shown a strategic attitude to Management and Leadership training in an extensive relationship with CMI. As a CMI Centre, the University has embedded CMI qualifications into undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and has integrated Level 5 and Level 7 programmes into their staff training.
Being shortlisted for this Award really shows our commitment to CMI through the development of our staff community and prospective students. The external recognition it provides will help us stand out within the HE sector during a challenging time for everyone.

The 2021 honourable mention...
Henley Business School has made providing quality education for their students a central strategic aim. The School has been shortlisted as a result of this mission to ensure that students can develop and apply their learning to real-life situations, examining issues around ethics and sustainability, and building an understanding of the wider global impact of business on society. This, Henley Business School believes, makes for future leaders with strong business acumen who are responsible and have a wider perspective. There are over 1500 learners on Management and Leadership apprenticeships, from Levels 5 to 7, at the School.
This Award is very important to us. Whilst we are a recognised Higher Education provider, the apprenticeship market for higher level degrees is still new. Therefore, being shortlisted recognises and emphasises the quality of our apprenticeships.
