Joint event Chartered Management Institute - Cymru and Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy

The North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner, Mr Winston Roddick, will give a presentation on the management, financial and other challenges he has faced since becoming appointed to this brand new role, what actually changed, and how those challenges were overcome, and what remains to be done.

Delegates will gain an appreciation of both the strategic and operational aspects when implementing major change, the importance of a good 

communications, personnel and financial policies together with lessons to be learned from performance reviews.

This will be followed by presentations and discussion on recent developments and forthcoming events by CMI Cymru and by CIPFA Wales 

A buffet lunch, starting at 13.00 will be provided,  presentations start at 14.00.

Members of the CMI Cymru board and members of the CIPFA Cymru-Wales Executive will be on hand after the event to discuss any suggestions you might have for future CPD events.
