Whatever industry sector or size, organisations working collaboratively, can become a powerful force for positive change at a national and regional level.

This event will examine Leadership styles across the Defence and Private sectors to identify the synergies which exist in order to establish open, strategic relationships with employers, tailoring partnering opportunities to mutual needs and business goals.

We are now delighted to be joined by three leading experts who will offer their experiences of working across Private industry and Defence.

Simon Reid, Head of Submarine Output, Babcock International
Commodore Professor Jake Moores OBE, Royal Navy former Commodore Devonport Flotilla
