The ability to define, plan and lead change initiatives is becoming a critical skill for leaders. But what does effective change leadership look like and how can individuals develop these skills?

In this lively presentation our speaker Melanie Franklin puts forward the case for change management as a professional discipline and explains how the Change Management Institute supports all those with an interest in change.

Our second speaker Paul Arnold is looking forward to engaging the audience in a lively discussion around the different types of change in organisations, and specifically transformation, what transformation means for organisations, and how organisations can get better at them.

The interactive presentations are followed by a Q&A session and networking event.
