Are you interested in a leadership role or looking to step up into one? Do you want to become a more effective leader?

What is stopping you from being an effective leader?
What can you do about it?

This series has been run twice before. Both times a sell out! Don't miss the opportunity!

This is a unique opportunity giving you real guidance and practical steps to strengthen your leadership, as well as showing you how to apply these insights to developing other people.

The first of three, this workshop will help you identify and start to address the issues and challenges that are challenging your effectiveness as a leader now, or in the future. The three main areas we will look at will be:

1. How are confidence and self-limiting beliefs affecting you as a leader?
2. How effective is your personal goal-setting and how do you manage risk-taking?
3. What technical leadership skills could you improven? Eg more effective decision-making, better delegation, time management.

The session will give practical guidance on how to address these challenges so that you will leave with an action plan:

1. Identifying the 2-3 priority areas that you need to address to move forward as a leader
2. A plan of how to implement the learnings and ensure real change happens

The session will primarily focus on applying these learnings to be a more effective leader, but we will also show you how you can use them when developing other people.

The programme will be delivered over three modules which are designed to build on each other but can be taken in isolation if required.

Workshop 2: Understanding Ourselves, Thursday 30 April 2015, 9:00am-12:00pm
Really understanding ourselves and others is the key to successful people management and leadership.

Workshop 3: Conflict and Confrontation, Thursday 21 May 2015, 9:00am-12:00pm
