Managing in Uncertain Times

According to CMI’s 2017 Future Forecast, two-thirds of UK managers believe that Brexit-related uncertainty will have a negative impact on the UK’s economic growth over the next 12-18 months.

Looking to wider external influencers, opinion remains uncertain on what impact the Trump presidency will have on the UK’s economic prospects – a situation that reflects the divisive political context and heightened economic uncertainty of 2016.

As uncertainty looms over the UK, organisations could be facing turbulence and it will be up to you, as managers, to adjust strategies accordingly.

Join CMI at the Midlands Conference 2017, and discover the solution for Managing in Uncertain Times.
