Karen has worked for CMI for 18 years across a variety of roles; and has worked with the Chartered Manager award since it was launched in 2002.

Karen leads a small team to support and service the Chartered Manager award. This involves taking candidates through the whole process from initial enquiry, through registration, assessment, completion of award, and CPD sampling for Chartered Managers to retain their award.

As a current management and organisational development doctoral student, Inga plans to follow in her Women In Management mentors’ paths by helping people, teams and organisations reach their optimal performance.
