Successful change management remains a topic of extensive debate and discussion for managers as it is a costly and resource heavy procedure for organisations.  contemporary approaches to change are increasingly focused on change readiness as an early managerial intervention to support change management.  Changingminds.org suggest that change readiness means people are both willing and able to change.

The event will be interactive and speakers will share practical and theoretical insights and tools into the benefits of integrating readiness into an organisational change project.

There will be an opportunity to participate and discuss organisational intentions and change readiness to build this skill as a core competence of managerial practice to support future business performance.
