Current: People & Marketing Director for PIZZA HUT RESTAURANTS since 2010

Prior: BARCLAYS, LLOYDS and a graduate on the BRITISH AIRWAYS Graduate Scheme

She was judged ‘HR Director of the Year’ at the HRD Awards in 2017.

In 2016, under Kathryn, Pizza Hut Restaurants launched the UK’s first degree apprenticeship in general management and service. This was recognised by CMI in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University. That year, she was also awarded 'HR Director of Year' by the readership of HR Magazine. In 2015 Kathryn was recognised for her leadership in the hospitality and leisure industry, by being voted onto the ‘HR’s Most Influential’ list.

She is a regular conference speaker, lecturer, member of awards juries and was named in the global Luxury Women to Watch.

Her latest book, Meta-luxury: Brands and the Culture of Excellence, explores the link between branding and culture.

Paulina directs and works with multidisciplinary professionals across continents to foster collaborations in innovative technologies, intelligent infrastructures and green energies.

She is a strong advocator of entrepreneurship and Women in STEM.

Paulina has chaired many programmes and technical session committees of major national and international conferences, including the IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineer) - ICC, GLOBCOM, NTC, DSP and INFOCOM. She is also the Champion of the Imperial College London Mentoring Programme to guide young scientists/technologists/engineers / managers-in-training to develop career paths and personal growth.

After graduating from Leicester University Steve joined Sony UK TEC in 1983 as an electrical test jig designer, working his way up to general manager and finally managing director in 2006. Over the last decade, he has transformed the business to ensure the sustainability of Sony UK TEC’s future.

Thanks to his innovative vision, Sony UK TEC has an annual sales turnover in excess of a £100 million and is consistently recognised across the globe as a progressive market-leading site.

Steve's dedication to the business’s sustainability and commitment to producing state-of-the-art products throughout his career has consistently seen him recognised as a leader in the sector.
