The focus of the network is to provide members with opportunities for on-going development through talks, workshops, webinars and networking events.

Our speakers range from CMI Companions through practicing managers and consultants to Management Book of the Year finalists and participants have the opportunity to meet, learn from and interact with these though leaders in the field of management and leadership.

We always welcome your suggestions for future topics, presenters as well as volunteers to join the Network team. Please do get in touch if you would like to be involved.

CMI Women

CMI Women seeks to help inspire and enable emerging leaders. The vision for CMI Women is to "create the world's strongest pipeline of women in management", by focusing on three key objectives:

  • Organisations to create high performing, balanced teams

  • Emerging women leaders to unlock their potential

  • Men to be agents of change

The CMI has also launched a "Blueprint for Balance" tool, a free-to-access online platform for sharing practical interventions, best practice in diversity initiatives, and case studies.
