Graham is a "time served" Corporate professional - whose career has spanned the full spectrum of productivity and staff/resource performance issues in initially manufacturing industries and then the Insurance/financial services sector.
He worked in many Management Services roles throughout his 30 year career with Royal & SunAlliance (RSA) in Bristol, London, Horsham and Liverpool: organisation and methods, project/programme and change management, information technology, corporate services, facilities management, quality and customer service management, business excellence model, productivity and continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, business continuity management, business transformation and "administration" process engineering. He retired from corporate life in January 2004 as Operations Support Leader (Internal Consultancy) with the Life Company of RSA covering operations in Liverpool and Bristol.
Since his formal retirement in 2004 he has built up an extensive portfolio of "Community Investment" governance activities, with involvement and responsibilities covering: Further Education College Corporations, a Visiting Fellowship and a number of Lectureships in Higher Education/Universities, Charity Trustee appointments, Housing Association Board appointments, Professional Institute Board and governance roles, together with pro-bono activities covering "Change Management and Facilities Management" support activities with Charity, Voluntary and "Not for Profit" organisations in the South West.
