Has more than 15 years of professional experience, including more than 11 years at the Senior Management positions in International Organizations, including United Nations. 

Worked in CEECIS countries-Armenia and Georgia. Has solid expertise in monitoring and adaptation of Internal policies and procedures; overseeing internal control and financial compliance; managing different sub-units, grantees and governmental institutions; monitoring assurance activities; budget management and execution; grants management, and donor reporting compliance with donor requirements. Experienced in managing large USAID contracts budgets, knowledge of U.S. FAR (Federal Acquisitions Regulations), IFRS /IPSAS/GAAP. Supervising finance and contract staff in ensuring USAID contract compliance. Project staff, local beneficiaries and programmatic support. 

Participation in development project proposals. Experience in managing accounting software, its Change Management and transition. Proficient in SAP, has an advanced Excel spreadsheet skills and other standard accounting software. Native in Armenian, fluent in Russian, English and good in French. Does Business and Management consultancy of non-for profits, local NGOs and SMEs. 

Holds membership in finance and accounting professional bodies. In spare time teaches and does mentoring to young professionals and entrepreneurs in the fields of Business, Management and Leadership. Has several articles/DVDs published on Management topics. Holds Master Degree in Saint Petersburg Institute of International Economic Relations, Economics and Law and is currently at her final dissertation stage pursuing online MBA degree with London School of Business and Finance.  Marina currently works as a Management and Finance Consultant and resides in the US.
