Zarina Naqvi FIC


Zarina advises For Profit and Not For Profit Boards of Directors: in business, charities, educational establishments and local government, on strategy and overall business improvement, through her company Maxima Associates since 2001.

She’s been a member of the Institute of Consultants (IOC) London and Southeast committee since 2011 and since 2016 also sits on the Board of The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) as IOC Champion for London & Southeast. Zarina’s ambition for her role is to raise the profile of the profession of Consulting and bring recognition of the benefits of working with the right consultant in the appropriate way , to the attention of all decision makers whatever the context.

Zarina has mentored young entrepreneurs and lectured at various universities, professional associations, entrepreneurs’ hubs as well as vocational colleges.

She has a global company finance back ground, has built and run a business which sold quickly and in 2008 graduated from London Business School  and University College London (UCL) with a masters in Technology Entrepreneurship and has ambitions to write her PhD.
