Led jointly by CMI and the British Academy of Management, this research will look at several key areas:

  • The number of management roles held by black and minority ethnic managers in the FTSE100
  • The experiences of minority managers working in FTSE100 companies
  • The problems and barriers to progression that employers and managers encounter – and how they can be overcome.

Ultimately, our focus is on identifying the most effective ways for companies to improve diversity and develop the potential of all their people.
