In just 50 years, Singapore has gone from a developing nation, to one of the smartest cities in the world, with the help of Surbana Jurong

Smart, sustainable cities use innovation like ICTs and other methods to improve quality of life, efficiency of urban operation and services, and competitiveness, while ensuring that it meets the needs of present and future generations with respect to economic, social, environmental as well as cultural aspects.

Surbana Jurong’s aim is to create an increasingly connected world, by offering robust and scalable solutions which is an enabler to materialise smarter ways to connect a city, namely: people, infrastructure, and sustainability. Ultimately, the ability to provide greater insights to utilise assets, resources and services efficiently bringing together cities and communities.

During this CMI Singapore Regional Board digital event, Govindaraj Naralasetti CMgr MCMI was joined by Eugene Seah, Managing Director of Surbana Technologies. Eugene has a wealth of knowledge of smart and sustainable cities which includes the use of Digital Twins.
