Winning this award would be a powerful validation of our purpose and impact as a leadership specialist. It would recognise the quality, rigour and relevance of our programmes, and the tangible outcomes we deliver for learners and the organisations we partner with. For our organisation, the award would affirm that our belief that everything we do is leadership translates into real-world results, including strong progression, exceptional learner outcomes and measurable organisational impact. It would also acknowledge the strength of our distinctive model, combining academic credibility, business relevance and a high-quality digital experience through our KBPro platform.

True recognition of the hard work which we have done regarding our new programmes to align with current and trending transformational leadership.

Winning this award would be extremely difficult to quantify, but its significance would be profound. Within the military, there are limited opportunities to directly benchmark our training, support, and leadership development against civilian counterparts. Recognition from an organisation as prestigious as the CMI, and one that holds Royal Charter status, would provide powerful external validation that what we are delivering is both credible and effective, and that we are moving decisively in the right direction.

Winning the CMI Training Partner of the Year Award would mean an enormous amount to us as a small, niche approved centre dedicated to developing coaching cultures in workplaces. It would recognise that our size is our strength – allowing us to innovate, respond quickly to changing learner needs, and design learning experiences that are deeply human, relational, and impactful. Above all, it would be a celebration of every learner who has trusted us with their leadership journey and grown in confidence, capability, and purpose along the way.
