Location: Hybrid between home and our London or Corby office Reports to: Senior B2B Marketing Manager Salary: £30,000 plus excellent benefits Closing Date: 29th August 2024 *Please note, this role is being offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract* About the role: As a B2B Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the B2B marketing team by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audiences. Your primary focus will be on promoting CMI’s B2B product portfolio to various sectors, including Higher Education, employer partners, private training providers, management consultancies, and international markets. Responsibilities: Market Research: Utilise customer and competitor research to develop and refine propositions that meet the specific needs of our audiences. Positioning and Messaging: Support the development of positioning and messaging tailored to specific products and audiences. Campaign Development: Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive demand and promote product value, clearly articulating how we solve our buyers’ problems. Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing collateral tailored to support B2B sales and engagement conversations, including persuasive case studies showcasing the success and impact of CMI’s propositions. Value Proposition: Integrate evidence and proven value into our value propositions and sales collateral to identify and address gaps, collaborating with the marketing & product insight researcher as needed. SEO and Copywriting: Employ SEO copywriting techniques to optimise all marketing collateral and online content, ensuring high visibility and engagement across digital platforms while maintaining the integrity of our marketing messages. Web Content: Create compelling web content tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing strategies and enhances CMI’s online partner experience. Experience in B2B marketing or a related field. Basic understanding of product marketing principles and best practices. Good copywriting skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
