Updating your password after the CMI update

We have recently updated the way you access your CMI account and services.
We’ve put together some more information about CMI’s recent below.

Why has CMI changed the login process?

We’ve recently updated our systems to improve the way you access your CMI services and to provide a more secure and seamless sign-in. This means you can now access all of your CMI services through your MyCMI dashboard.

Why am I being asked to reset my password?

As part of routine security maintenance, we’re asking all users to update their password to help keep accounts secure.

Is my personal data still safe?

Yes, this update enhances the security of our systems and helps us continue to keep your data secure.

Do I need to create a new account?

No, please use the email associated with your current CMI account to create a new password and access your information. Once logged in, you can update your details in the My Profile area of MyCMI if needed.
