CMI joins ranks of the UK's leading not-for-profit organisations to work for in UK-wide Best Companies survey for the second year.
The Chartered Management Institute has been named among the top 100 UK not-for-profit organisations to work for, claiming the 59th spot, making the top 100 for the second year.
The ranking is based on a staff survey rating the organisation in categories including Leadership; My Company; My Manager; and My Team. The results show that 87% of staff agree that CMI is run on strong values and principles and 90% of staff stated that their manager regularly expresses appreciation when they do a good job.
