CMI offers Modern Apprenticeships in Management in Scotland, aimed at individuals aged 16 or over, who are employed working towards a qualification with a provider.
They can help train new employees, as well as upskill existing staff and those already in a managerial role. The apprenticeship covers areas such as leadership, communication and project management, coaching and change management. It provides the skills needed for managerial roles of all levels – from first line and middle managers, to senior managers.

Responsibilities Managers play an integral role in developing and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions such as planning, leading and managing teams, allocating and monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing team dynamic, delegation, managing conflict, managing performance, implementing change, managing project, managing budgets, managing resources.
