Help accessing your CMI account

As part of our system maintenance, your CMI login experience has been upgraded to provide a more secure and seamless sign-in. The first time you log back in after the update, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps to access your account.

Updating your password

From the CMI website, click login in the top right-hand corner. From here, you will be guided through simple steps to update your password and access your CMI account.

Once logged in, you will be shown a refreshed MyCMI area, and your CMI services will be signposted from here.

I didn’t receive the reset password email, what should I do?

Please make sure you are using the email address associated with your CMI account. If you didn’t receive your password reset email, please check your spam folder. Emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.

Still not able to log in?

Our team is on hand to help with any queries you may have around logging in and accessing CMI systems.

If you log into the CMI website and are unable to see the CMI systems you were expecting, please reach out to the CMI team.
