Business disruption, societal upheaval and rapid technological shifts bring constant pressure for organisations to innovate. Leaders feel the need to find quick fixes to workforce issues to maintain their organisations’ competitive edge. 

Indeed, in Gartner’s 2023 CEO Survey, 32% of CEOs indicated that the workforce is one of their top three priorities.
