About the role:

We currently have two vacancies for End-Point Assessment (EPA) Booking Coordinators. One role is offered as full-time hours (35 per week) on a fixed-term contract until March 2024. One role is offered as part-time hours between the hours of 1pm – 5pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for two people with excellent administration skills to join the team and ensure all our assessment bookings are processed accurately, and support our partners with queries and booking guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate EPA activities from booking to completion, including making arrangements for additional learning needs/reasonable adjustment, with IAA’s, Apprentices, Employers and Partners.
  • To administer the EPA delivery process from Gateway to Completion, including timely booking of EPA and management of cancellations, resits and hand-backs.
  • To liaise with EPA Team, Awarding Organisation, Independent Assessors and other key stakeholders to ensure live assessment bookings are delivered in line with SLA’s and to exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships through day to day working and communications with key internal CMI staff to ensure that cross functional teams work as one.
  • Proactively work to a set of realistic department service level agreeements that will exceed customer expectations and be operationally effective for CMI
  • Proactively provide insight and customer feedback to help drive service improvement, highlight actions required and to deal with any issue resolution required.
