Location: Home-based with the option to work from either our London or Corby office if preferred Reports to: EPA Support Manager Salary: £22,840 plus excellent benefits Closing Date: 27th June 2024 Please note, this role is a fixed-term contract until September 2025 About the role: We have an exciting vacancy for a keen and organised person to join our End-Point Assessment team and support our organisational objects through providing administrative support to our partners and colleagues. Responsibilities: To deliver customer service excellence through the administration of End Point Assessment (EPA) activities to CMI Partners, their Apprentices and their Employers and internal staff. To include – Monitoring and action incoming queries through a dedicated inbox and phone line Processing invoices for EPA postponement and cancellations Google meet test calls with Apprentices EPA Gateway checks and support to Partners Claiming of Apprenticeship certificates and dealing with queries Providing support to Partners and Apprentices on access to our EPA database Providing support to the EPA Planning team on bookings including invite acceptance and some related tasks with Independent Apprenticeship Assessors Ensuring that all access to Apprentice work prior to LAD is available as required Clear, timely and accurate communications with all parties to aid flow of the process.
