Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

3rd - 9th February

The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2020 is ‘Look Beyond', encouraging people to look further than the apprenticeships themselves and to celebrate the value that they bring to individuals, employers and communities across the UK.

Management apprenticeships are helping to transform businesses of all sizes to create a more diverse, more productive and more confident workforce. We are proud to celebrate our apprentices successes through National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) with our brilliant network of management apprentices, employers and education providers.

What we're doing for National Apprenticeship Week

We’re celebrating our Apprentices across #NAW2020 and beyond, who are making an incredible impact in many ways. Management Apprenticeships go beyond just the qualification, so we’ve been talking to people across the UK about their apprenticeships and what they mean to them.

Setting Industry Standards

CMI helped to set the English Apprenticeships standards for management apprentices through the Leadership & Management Trailblazer group. CMI is the UK’s professional body for managers and leaders. Our aim is to remove the ‘accidental manager’ and provide managers with the tools they need to succeed.
