CMI is committed to being a purpose-led organisation that is aware of its environment impact. Managers and leaders are vital to driving change when it comes to tackling sustainability, whether that's water conservation or using less plastic, we can all do our bit to make a difference. 

Communicating and influencing are key to sustainable management. 

How we communicate with our staff about complex issues such as sustainability can have a huge impact on whether people engage or not. 

In this webinar, we will hear from one of our partners, University of Leicester, on how they are supporting implementing the UN Sustainable Development goals with businesses across Leicestershire and influencing organisiations to develop their sustainability.
