Article: “It’s a completely new challenge for me”: one Chartered Manager’s life in retail Written by Beth Gault Thursday 17 July 2025 Share Share to LinkedIn Share to Facebook Share via email Damien Pugh CMgr MCMI, our Chartered Manager of the Week, is area manager at MINISO UK. He shares how becoming Chartered has been the pivotal moment in his career so far… Damien Pugh CMgr MCMI never thought he’d end up in retail, despite his father’s job in the sector.
