“My whole story is about inclusion,” says Tanya McCalmon CMgr MCMI. “I believe inclusion is about everyone, not just marginalised groups. I want to challenge thinking through learning experiences and coaching.”

Tanya’s varied career, which has ranged from Budapest to Baku, and included a three-year odyssey in Saudi Arabia working in education, has enabled her to see inclusion in many different guises. Today she runs Lennox, a consultancy that helps organisations create inclusive cultures, and this year became group head of equality, diversity and inclusion at the Leeds-based Luminate Education Group. She’s about to launch a podcast called “A Different Script”.
