CMI Response to Consultation on Parental Leave and Pay

Read CMI's response to the Government consultation on reforms to parental leave and pay. In our response we argue for an increase in statutory paternity pay to help families re-balance gender roles. However, this is just part of the solution. There needs to be wider organisational change to deliver family-friendly and gender-balanced workplaces, driven by good management and leadership.
