As a diverse and multicultural society, in Singapore we appreciate the importance of our shared heritage as a source of strength and unity and how it can help us withstand the pressures of an increasingly complex world, especially with the shifting focus towards diversity and inclusion.

An organisation can similarly leverage its rich history, values and traditions to create a heritage brand. Heritage branding can be a powerful tool for developing people and capabilities within an organisation, fostering a sense of pride, purpose and belonging.
