At CMI, we always want to keep as connected as possible with our members, and understand the management and workplace issues that are important to you. This has never been more essential than during the Covid-19 crisis when it is much more challenging for us all to connect in person.

That’s why at CMI we've been innovating during lockdown by developing our new Managers Voice Community – an online community dedicated to representing the voice of UK management.

Here, you can share your thoughts through regular weekly polls and conversations on critical management issues. This is an exclusive opportunity for you to be part of a group of members whose opinion we really value.

Critically, your opinions and feedback will be incorporated into all content that CMI develops to ensure that the voice and needs of professionally qualified managers are heard at a National level by Government, business leaders and other key stakeholders.

In return, you will have access to insights only available to members of the community. Plus, as a thank you for your time you will be entered into monthly draws for rewards exclusive to the CMI Managers Voice community.

We have nearly 1,000 Managers already recruited to the community, and we don't want you to miss out!

All CMI members will have received a direct link to their CMI registered email address to join the Community. You can find out more on our dedicated webpage. We are looking forward to connecting with you in our Managers Voice Community soon.
