CMI have collaborated with Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) and Business in the Community (BITC) on new guidance on supporting the wellbeing and mental health of Black colleagues and people from diverse ethnic groups in the workplace.

We are joined by Ama Afrifa-Tchie, Head of Culture & Wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid England, who will be outlining the key themes of the guidance.
We will then hear from senior leaders: Professor Nic Beech CMgr CCMI, Vice-Chancellor, Middlesex University, and Dr Jummy Okoya FCMI, Senior Lecturer and Wellbeing Psychologist, on the themes of the guidance and how they have taken action.
