I didn’t receive my password reset / activation email

This article provides steps to help you locate your password reset or account activation email, ensuring you can access your CMI member benefits and the CMI Thrive learning platform.

Check your Junk and Spam folders

To protect your security, some email providers may filter automated messages into Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Please check these folders if the email does not appear in your main inbox.

Allow five minutes for delivery

Automated emails are usually sent immediately, but server traffic can occasionally cause a short delay. Please allow up to five minutes before requesting a new email link to avoid duplicating the process.

Add CMI to your 'Safe Senders' list

To ensure you receive all future updates and login links, add no-reply@managers.org.uk to your safe senders list or email contacts list. This prevents your provider from blocking essential communications from CMI.

Review workplace firewalls

If you are using a corporate or educational email address, internal security systems may block automated external emails. Please contact your IT department to ensure that managers.org.uk is on their ‘allowed’ list.
