Board of Trustees - Elections 2018

There are elected members on the Board of Trustees and this year one place will fall vacant. The elected Board member will serve a two-year term. The Board member is then eligible to stand for re-election for two more two year terms, to a maximum period of six years.

The Board of Trustees is at the centre of CMI governance. Board members are Trustees of the Institute, the CMI being a charity registered in England and Wales, and separately registered in Scotland. Their responsibilities are in essence identical to those of a non-executive Director who serves on a company board.

For further information on the work of the Board of Trustees, please see the Candidate Briefing Pack below.
