CMI Awards of Excellence 2024 Student of the Year

Today’s management students are tomorrow’s leaders. They are investing in their futures, immersing themselves in a programme of study that will equip them with the management skills needed to thrive in a fast-moving world.

And while they will, of course, personally benefit from the hard work put into their studies, their employers also stand to gain. Employing management graduates is one way to end a culture of “accidental management” and build a better-led, more productive workplace.

Given that CMI’s mission is to increase the number and standard of professionally qualified managers, it is only natural that we take every opportunity to highlight the work of management students who are on the pathway to qualification.

Our Student of the Year award (one of the CMI Awards of Excellence) celebrates an exceptional learner who has demonstrated their commitment to professional development and the effective application of the theory they’ve learned through their studies.

This autumn, we will name our 2024 winner (you can read more from 2023 winner Ellie Pickering here), selected from among the following outstanding individuals who made our shortlist.
