FAQs

Unable to view or download PDF files or videos

If a document link opens a blank screen or an error, try the following:

  • Allow it a little time: some PDFs and videos can be slow to load, especially on high traffic or slow connections. Give it a couple of minutes in case this is what is happening.
  • Check your ‘Downloads’ folder: Sometimes the file doesn’t open in the browser but saves silently to your computer. Check your system’s Downloads folder.
  • Update your PDF viewer: Ensure you have a PDF reader installed. While most modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) open them automatically, you can always download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Disable pop-up blockers: Your browser might be ‘protecting’ you from a new window opening. Look for a small icon in your URL bar that says ‘Pop-up blocked’ and select ‘Always allow.’
