About the role:

This role is at the heart of our end-point assessment operations, ensuring our processes and systems are optimised and delivering the user experience, effectiveness, compliance and continual improvement we seek in everything we do.

Working across CMI including with tech colleagues, you will manage our assessment system and subsequent supplier relationship and in turn be responsible for data completeness, integrity and insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Help redesign and manage effective, efficient, robust and compliant EPA operational processes
  • Manage our EPA business systems including user testing, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Supervise, manage and maintain apprentice data completeness and integrity and insight.
  • Collaborate with key CMI departments to ensure that end to end customer journeys, internal systems and processes are optimised.
  • Work on projects to ensure end point assessment compliance, customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency including introducing new products
  • Improve the performance of CMI by supporting End Point Assessment in reviewing and implementing improved working practices and processes.
