Reports to: Partner Services Manager

Salary: £18,000 plus excellent benefits

About the role:

To work with Partners from the point of approval to assist with their administration in association with their partnership with CMI and their associated learners in line with agreed service levels.

  1. Complete Partner administration to include updating of CRM records, withdrawals, staff systems access when required.
  2. Provide CMI systems support to all Partner staff as needed
  3. Manage correspondence and invoicing relating to processes, including annual centre fee and VAT exemptions where required.
  4. Complete all learner administration to include registrations, re-registrations, transfers, general administration, withdrawals and payments when appropriate.
  5. Generate, check and prepare certificate data, credit certificates, certificate lists and letters (where appropriate).
  6. Ensure that all data processing activities undertaken conform to the regulatory requirements and work with key stakeholders to improve and enhance systems and compliance.
  7. Be a single point of contact for Partners queries and signpost queries across CMI as needed

About you:

  • Some customer service or administration experience would be an advantage
  • Having attention to detail, accuracy and being a methodical thinker is fundamental
  • Comfortable and adaptable to juggle several priorities at the same time
  • You always deliver work to agreed deadlines
  • You enjoy having a high standard of proven administrative skills and have the ability to develop new processes
  • Someone who will live CMI’s values, professional, passionate, progressive and practical
  • A can-do attitude
  • Calm and able to cope with changing priorities
  • Confident to ask questions – over the phone, email or face to face (as necessary)
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, having the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders is essential
