It is an honour to follow in the footsteps of Lord Price, who has delivered so much for this unique organisation. As a CMI member, I am inspired by the goal to increase the number and standards of managers across the economy which leads to better-led organisations able to deliver tangible growth for their employees and their communities.
CMI has played a critical role in the public discourse over the past year, highlighting the importance of leadership in setting a positive workplace culture and raising awareness of barriers keeping underrepresented groups from accessing opportunity.
CMI's inclusive approach to training ensures that opportunities are there for everyone through a diverse range of practical qualifications and tools to improve skills, build confidence and boost careers.

Fiona is rightly known as a formidable leader and a passionate advocate for women in business.
