Roads Academy is the leadership development programme for the roads sector, created by National Highways and its supply chain to equip leaders with the skills and capabilities required to meet evolving sector demands and ensure the attraction and retention of new and existing talent. Roads Academy offers two programmes which are both recognised by CMI. The unique selling proposition of Roads Academy is the Value Hubs: collaborative action learning sessions for learners across the supply chain to create solutions to sector challenges, such as productivity and sustainability. Roads Academy has almost 500 learners enrolled into its programmes from 85 different organisations right across the value chain.

The Awards process goes through multiple phases to determine our shortlist, longlist and winners. Each stage of the process is supported by our experienced judges against a set criteria.
The CMI Awards receive entries from a diverse range of organisations and individuals across various sectors and fields. To ensure that our judges are able to reflect this diversity, we carefully select individuals who are experts in their respective fields and have a wealth of experience.
