Here you can find all of the detail about each of the Management and Leadership Apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and the CMI guidance on how to go about delivering them
The Team Leader/Supervisor (level 3) and Operations/Department Manager (level 5) Standards require at least 20% of the training received by the apprentice to be delivered “off the job”. Embedding a CMI Diploma into your programme is a great way to ensure that you cover off all of the knowledge aspects of the Standard with your apprentices.
CMI provide advice on programme design to ensure that you optimise the combination of subject matter through our qualifications to cover as much of the Apprenticeship Standard as possible.
We also provide online content and further training materials to ensure you can offer flexible blended programmes designed to diligently prepare apprentices for their end point assessment and maximise success
CMI apprenticeships are competitively priced and are funded through the SFA.
Where you embed CMI Diplomas in the Apprenticeship Programme the registration fees are: o Level 3 Diploma £149 o Level 5 Diploma £168
These fees not only cover the registration and certification of the apprentice on the Diploma but also provide access to membership benefits including ManagementDirect content tailored specifically to the Apprenticeship Standard and the Qualification Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria
CMI intends to offer End Point Assessment services and is currently working towards approval – once this is confirmed then prices for End Point Assessment will be published
CMI provides our partners with toolkits and templates to ensure: o Your programme maps to the Apprenticeship Standard o You can utilise CMI qualifications and content to deliver great learning and new knowledge and skills to your learners o You are well placed to organise observation and assessment of your apprentices throughout the programme recording evidence to track progress o You and the employer can make easy judgements on when each individual apprentice is ready to go forward to End Point Assessment
CMI has been approved by the Skills Funding Agency as an End Point Assessment Organisation for the level 3, 5 and Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeships. The summaries are available on request.
