LEVEL 5 NVQ DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

The CMI Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership, (QAN: 601/3780/0) is a vocational qualification that has been developed with the help of employers and is based directly on the National Occupational Standards, which means learners are gaining the kind of skills that employers are looking for.

Qualification Purpose

This qualification is for middle managers and has been designed to support the development of their competence in leading and managing individuals and teams and developing skills, including developing strategic plans and managing strategic change. Achievement of the qualification confirms competence in an occupational role to the standards required.

Progression

It provides the opportunity for progression to other qualifications at higher levels, such as the CMI Level 6 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
