Dr Chan's career includes Managing Directors of AT&T/Lucent Technologies in the US, Asia/Pacific Region (expatriate) and the EU (expatriate); Project Director of Exxon/Mobil Corporation Headquarters, New York NY; China Regional General Manager (expatriate) of ICO Global Communications London and Beijing; and Senior Adviser of the EU for Hungary.
Paulina has chaired many programmes and technical session committees of major national and international conferences, including the IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineer) - ICC, GLOBCOM, NTC, DSP and INFOCOM. She is also the Champion of the Imperial College London Mentoring Programme to guide young scientists / technologists / engineers / managers-in-training to develop career paths and personal growth.

Graduated from University College London, with a B. Sc. (Hons) in Psychology in 1992, Gigi continued to pursue her interests in law and psychology. She obtained MA (in Psychology) from QUT and LLM from University of London. Gigi is a practicing solicitor in Hong Kong SAR since 2001 and is a solicitor admitted in England and Wales.
Gigi has worked both in-house and in private practice. She specializes in Personal Injuries, Employment and Matrimonial matters. She has delivered talks and provided pro-bono works. In 2013, Gigi and her partners, established a local law firm - Yu Sun Yau Mak & Lawyers.

Mr Tin Shing Lee is a Co-Founder at Fit Capital, a gamified fitness goal tracking social platform. He has had multiple start-up experiences and is specialising in financial planning & fundraising, product design, and UX engineering. Dr Cecilia Tsui PhD(UCL) MSt (Cantab) MBA(AGSM) MEd(HKU) DipBM(CUHK) FinalDip(IoL) FHKIoD CMgr FCMI having worked for the Swire Group, Citicorp International Limited and the Open University of Hong Kong, Dr Cecilia Tsui is a self-motivated executive specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Development and TQM. Cecilia is director of two consulting firms; one of which is built on values of Partnering for Achievement, Impact, Result and Success.
After completing her MEd at HKU, in 1998, Cecilia was nominated to attend an intensive course on “Education and Training for Development” at the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), UNESCO in Paris, France. At the OUHK, she was nominated to participate in a study comparing “Administrative Styles, Processes and Outcomes” of open universities in Asia. As well, she has published and presented papers in fields of Management, Higher Education, Distance Learning, Training & Development and Chinese Culture. After gaining her PhD(UCL) in “Quality Assurance in Higher Education” in 2008/2009, Dr Cecilia Tsui is now pursuing a Master of Studies in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment at University of Cambridge, UK in order to pursue new frontiers. Through life-long learning, Cecilia has developed broad insights in inter-disciplinary approaches.
Dr Cecilia Tsui has traveled to more than 15 countries for work and study. She is now a non-panel member of the Public Policy Research Funding Scheme, Central Policy Unit, Hong Kong SAR Government, and was a specialist of the HKCAAVQ (2009-2015). Dr Cecilia Tsui is the Founder Chairperson of the CMI HK, an award presented in December 2003 by Sir Sze-yuen Chung, the then Hon President of the Hong Kong Branch, and the CMI UK.
Ms. Agnes Wun, CPA, FRM, MIEEE, MIET, MBA, MSc, DIC, BEng. (Hons.), currently works as the Managing Director of Neufast Group Private Limited which employs big data and artificial intelligence in automating business processes.
She has around 13 years of international experience in corporate finance (IPO, debt raising), private equity, post-merger management, FP&A, Strategy & Planning, financial reporting, budgeting, software development and engineering with multi-national organizations, listed companies, NGO and startup.
Mr. Terence Yap is currently the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Guardforce Group, a leading security solution provider headquartered in Hong Kong and with operations in Australia, Macau & Thailand. He is also a Board Member of the China Security & Fire Co., Ltd.
Prior to joining the Guardforce Group, Mr. Yap was the Chief Financial Officer of China Security and Surveillance Technology, Inc. (CSST) from 2007 to 2014 and the Vice Chairman from 2006 to 2014. He was instrumental helping CSST to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2007 and also dual listed on the Dubai International Financial Exchange in 2008. In 2011, he successfully oversaw the privatization of the group. In this respect, he had accumulated measurable experience in the industry.
During his tenure at the CSST group, Mr. Yap was also the Executive Director and interim Chief Executive Officer of Smart China (Holdings) Limited, a leading smart & low carbon city solution provider in China. His past experience and current position, as Group CEO of Guardforce, enabled him to manage the group of senior management staff with diverse transnational cultural differences.
Mr. Yap has more than 25 years of experience in security technology and telecommunication industry. He is a Singapore citizen and a former Army Officer. A graduate of BBUS (Accounting & Finance), from the Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria, Australia and an MBA graduate from the Chinese University Hong Kong.
He is a member of the Hong Kong Security Services Training Board, a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a Fellow member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK). In 2017, he also served as a member on the panel of Adjudicators for the Hong Kong Management Association.
In 2015, Mr. Yap was awarded 9th International Management Action Award from the Chartered Management Institute (UK) for Leadership and Management Transformation. In 2014, he was also awarded the World Cities Summit Young Leader from the Singapore's Centre for Liveable Cities and Urban Redevelopment Authority for his efforts in driving Smart Cities Development.
Patrick Yu is the deputy general manager, senior vice president and partner at FleishmanHillard Hong Kong and the head of financial services, Asia Pacific for the firm. Mr. Yu has a broad range of experience in strategic communications including reputation management, corporate marketing, senior media relations, and international communications program for financial institutions in Asia Pacific.
He is also an adjunct lecturer for Journalism and Media Studies Center at The University of Hong Kong.
