Article: From maternity leave to distinction at Level 3 Written by Jamie Oliver Tuesday 19 August 2025 Share Share to LinkedIn Share to Facebook Share via email When Victoria Adamson returned to work after a year on maternity leave, she faced the challenge of rebuilding the team while resuming studying for her Level 3 qualification. Despite juggling all this, she not only passed her Level 3 – she excelled Victoria Adamson had high hopes in the summer of 2021. An admin manager with Bell Group, one of the UK’s largest property maintenance contractors, she started the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership and was aiming for a distinction.
