The past few years have served as a reminder that embracing discomfort amidst adversity is a necessity for personal and collective growth. Rather than passively accepting our circumstances, it is imperative that we harness the power of curiosity as a driving force for progress.

The more we put ourselves in situations or environments that are new to us and challenge us, the more we develop skills and coping mechanisms to face those challenges. Our inner voice should tell us: “Choose curiosity, don’t surrender”. This approach will make us more interested in finding out why things don’t work.
