Videos and Webinars: Chartered Manager…20 years on Tuesday 15 March 2022 Share Share to LinkedIn Share to Facebook Share via email For the last 20 years, here at CMI we have recognised and celebrated those managers with exceptional management and leadership skills and commitment to Continuing Professional Development with the Chartered status. With this now in its 20th year, watch our host Matt Roberts, along with our guest speakers, Chartered Manager of the Year award winners discuss their views on how management has changed over the last 20 years. This digital event also celebrates CMI’s 75th anniversary, by exploring what is next for modern management and the main barriers across five key themes; social-economic background, ethnicity, gender, disability and age. In this session... The panel will also explore their involvement with CMI and the importance this has had to both their personal career and the organisations they have worked for. Our speakers will disclose their tips to anyone who is considering applying for the Chartered status, looking at the impact the award has had on their professional development and any current Chartered Managers who are thinking about nominating themselves to become a Chartered Manager of the Year, providing advice for an award-winning application.
